Miley Cyrus honored Dolly Parton with a performance of “Jolene” at the Hollywood Bowl on Friday, October 16.
The tribute came during the opening night of MILEY: BASS PERSUADES. Video from the concert shows Cyrus onstage before a large black-and-white portrait of Parton.
The Hollywood Bowl scheduled the Friday show for 7:30 p.m., followed by a second performance Sunday. Dollywood’s August 25 statement remembered Parton as the park’s “Dreamer-in-Chief.”
