Rosland Capital’s unsecured creditors are asking the bankruptcy court to require actor Erik von Detten to provide documents and information.
The committee filed a supplement and an amended notice on Oct. 19. Its underlying Rule 2004 motion was filed Oct. 14 and asks the court to direct production of the requested material and authorize issuance of a subpoena.

Von Detten played Andy Brinker in the Disney Channel Original Movie Brink! and Josh Bryant in The Princess Diaries. The filings do not decide any claims against him.
