Ariel Designer Doll Arrives Online Oct. 23; Lottie Follows Oct. 30

Ariel joins the Disney Designer Dolls collection online Oct. 23, with Lottie following Oct. 30. Ariel reaches select Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort stores Oct. 26, while Lottie is already available at select locations in both resorts.

The two limited-edition dolls continue Disney’s Dance Series, now in its second year. Both wear original looks built around dance and stage performance rather than costumes copied directly from their films.

Ariel’s dress takes its cues from underwater ballet and the flowing movement of jellyfish. Her look uses mesh, sequins, sheer layers and Art Deco-inspired accessories.

Lottie’s pink ballroom design includes satin gloves, a fan and a tiara. Her childhood cat, Marcel, appears as an embroidered detail on the skirt and on the straps of her shoes.
