Everest: The Other Side has set a special screening for Monday, Oct. 26, at New York’s IMAX Lincoln Square.
The evening schedule begins with press check-in at 5:30 p.m. ET, followed by a red carpet at 6 p.m. The film starts at 7 p.m.
The screening comes four days before the documentary opens exclusively in theaters and IMAX worldwide on Oct. 30.
What the documentary follows
The National Geographic Documentary Films release follows elite ski mountaineers Jim Morrison and Hilaree Nelson as they pursue a climb and ski descent of Mount Everest’s direct North Face.
Elizabeth Chai Vasarhelyi and Jimmy Chin directed and produced the film. Chin also served as a director of photography.
