Disney+ will add Channel 4’s live HD channel and hundreds of hours of Channel 4 shows in the UK and Ireland in early 2027. The programming will be included with existing Disney+ subscriptions at no extra cost.
The agreement also puts multiple new Channel 4 shows on Disney+ at the same time they arrive through Channel 4. Disney named the drama Maya, the comedy Stepping Up and Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins among the planned releases.
On-demand selections will include Big Mood, Tip Toe and 24 Hours in A&E. Disney+ plans to place the collection in a Channel 4-branded section inside the service.
An exact launch date has not been announced. Disney said more information about timing and the available catalog will come later.
