Universal Orlando has revealed Dead Coconut Club’s first food menu and the alien-infested harvest festival behind its 2026 Halloween Horror Nights design.

The Universal CityWalk venue has been operating during this year’s event. The newly published behind-the-scenes account explains the setting: Midweston’s 35th Annual Harvest Festival, where a familiar farm-town celebration has been interrupted by aliens.

Three dishes join the alien harvest

Hawaiian Toast layers Spam, pineapple chutney, jalapeños and cheese. The Party Crasher is a chili-cheese hot dog topped with tortilla chips and relish. Cosmic PB&J is fried in black funnel-cake-style batter and finished with hot honey and popping candies.

The upstairs bar also carries a secret-menu Irradiated Infusion. The rum-and-sour-mix drink comes in an IV-style pouch and tastes like sour green apple candy, according to Universal.

Dead Coconut Club runs on event nights

The venue starts at 4 p.m. on Halloween Horror Nights event nights. This year’s version disappears November 1.
