The interruption was first observed around 2:44 p.m. The coaster was not marked for a planned closure in the latest status check.
Tokyo DisneySea was scheduled to remain open until 9 p.m. Tuesday. No cause or reopening time was available.
Raging Spirits is a high-speed coaster in Lost River Delta with a 360-degree loop and a 12-person capacity, according to Tokyo Disney Resort.
