Tokyo Disneyland will start a Sugar Rush smartphone mini-game on January 12, 2027, the first of three preview programs scheduled before Sugar Rush: Sweet Rescue opens in April.
The game can be played at home. A special version available in select areas of Tokyo Disneyland will place park scenery behind the action.
Guests will be able to reach the game through the resort's website and social channels. A code on the back of a special pre-opening sticker will provide another way in.
Tomorrowland decorations arrive February 18
Attraction-inspired decorations will appear in Tomorrowland on February 18. Tokyo Disney Resort says the displays will give guests places to take photos in the candy-colored world of the attraction.
A separate projection-mapping program begins March 18, covering Cinderella Castle with imagery inspired by Sugar Rush: Sweet Rescue. The announcement does not give an end date or a nightly schedule.
