Disney has published the full 2026 food and drink lineup for Disney Jollywood Nights, with new savory dishes, desserts and cocktails spread across Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
The separately ticketed holiday event runs on select nights from Nov. 7, 2026, through Jan. 5, 2027. The new menu arrives after Disney’s earlier video preview with Jodie Sweetin and John Stamos.
New Jollywood Nights food for 2026
Fairfax Fare is adding two of the most substantial newcomers. The Yuletide Ham Popover fills a house-made popover with honey-glazed ham, mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberry chutney. A TWIX on a Classic Pie layers TWIX cookie bar pieces, caramel mousse and chocolate ganache over a shortbread crust.
Hollywood Scoops will serve a Kermit Chocolate-Pistachio Sundae with chocolate cake, pistachio gelato, green cookie crumbs, kataifi and fudge sauce. It comes in a souvenir cup while supplies last. The location also adds the Partysaurus Rex Brookie, a chocolate-chip-cookie brownie finished with white chocolate ganache, rainbow sprinkles and a sugar cookie.
Other additions include char-grilled chicken yakitori at Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby, teriyaki chicken pot stickers at Market, a Berry Lime Cheer at Dockside Diner and a Prickly Pear Margarita at Oasis Canteen.
