Gideon's Bakehouse has introduced a new Crisp & Crumble cookie for November.
The nearly half-pound cookie combines apples, toasted sugar and fall spices. Brown butter oat crumble and vanilla glaze cover the top.
Gideon's says the cookie will be available throughout November. The bakery's East End Market product page offers it for preorder, but the Disney Springs shop does not accept preorders.
At Disney Springs, cookies are sold first come, first served, and limited items can sell out as the day goes on. Gideon's has not posted a Disney Springs price for the Crisp & Crumble cookie.
