The new French Dip Grilled Cheese joins Pym Test Kitchen at Disney California Adventure from Nov. 13 through Jan. 21, 2027.
The sandwich combines sliced prime rib and mozzarella with onion mayo and caramelized onions. Beef jus and potato bites come on the side. It is Experiment No. 1918.
The item has a longer run than many of the resort's holiday dishes and remains available into late January.
