Walt Disney Imagineering has released a six-minute tour of the new show sets recently added to Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT.

Show set designer Sarah begins in the queue, where a new vent was modeled after fixtures in the load station and populated with small rat figures. The tour then moves through the ride, stopping at a new linguini spill based on the version at Disneyland Paris and a rat trap fabricated from Pixar’s animation model.

Under the dining cart, a new bumper bar hides the line where the screen meets the floor. Three speakers were moved into angled perforated panels in the bar so the audio points toward riders.

The largest addition is a 25-foot charcuterie board. It entered through a door on the opposite side of the building and followed the same winding route as the ride vehicles. Imagineering completed the installation over two nights without closing the attraction.

A large piece of Gruyère on the board conceals another speaker. Sarah said the cheese also nods to meals she shared with her father while studying industrial design.
