What to expect

Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets is the upcoming retheme of the former Aerosmith coaster, keeping the high-speed indoor coaster system while replacing the rock-band storyline with The Electric Mayhem and Muppets characters. Disney lists the new version as opening May 26, 2026, with a story centered around getting the band to its Hollywood concert. The original coaster opened in 1999, and the new version keeps the launch coaster format that made it one of Hollywood Studios' biggest thrill rides.
