Universal Orlando announced that Captain Cacao will begin meeting guests at Universal Epic Universe on Friday, May 22, 2026.
The meet-and-greet starts on Epic Universe's first public-opening anniversary. Universal says the character will appear in Celestial Park.
Captain Cacao is part of Moonship Chocolates & Celestial Sweets, where he appears in the shop's story, treats, decor, and merchandise.
Universal has not posted a daily public schedule for the character. That is pretty normal for a new roaming or limited entertainment addition, especially during the first few days.
