Universal Orlando is bringing one of CityWalk's more tucked-away nightlife ideas back into the summer mix. The returning 600 Block Speakeasy is a 21-and-older experience with small plates, cocktails, mocktails, live music, and a limited run through August 23, 2026.
The speakeasy opened Thursday, April 9. The August 23 end date gives visitors a clear window for adding a CityWalk evening before it disappears.
Inside the 600 Block Speakeasy
600 Block is a Prohibition-inspired hideaway connected to the Pat O'Brien's story. The venue is built around a password-style entry, a hidden-door feel, low lighting, 1920s decor, and a more relaxed bar atmosphere than the loudest parts of CityWalk.

The menu is built for lingering instead of rushing. Drinks include the Yuzu Smash mocktail, Rose 75, Water Lily, El Suenito, Kingsford, Gilded Old Fashioned, Sirloin Sazerac, and a Universal Orlando Annual Passholder exclusive called Meatpacking District. Food options include deviled eggs, caprese skewers, dirty rice, pinwheel sandwiches, millionaire bacon, and classic or cookies-and-cream beignets.
Live music is part of the Thursday-through-Saturday schedule, with a surprise Sunday player.
A limited-run CityWalk nightcap
CityWalk is the resort's crossroads. Guests pass through it for parking, dining, shopping, transportation, concerts, movies, hotel evenings, and post-park decompression. A limited-time, adults-focused venue can pull more of that traffic into the evening, especially on weekends, convention nights, and dates when park hours or weather make an indoor stop more appealing.
The password-entry element is part of the bit, so this is closer to a themed CityWalk stop than a standard bar menu refresh.

The current run continues through August 23, putting the speakeasy inside the summer travel season for locals, Passholders, convention visitors, and hotel guests.
Guests need valid photo ID for alcohol purchases and consumption. The experience is open Thursdays through Sundays through August 23.
