Disney's Airport Luggage Transfer now includes Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, the first moderate resort added to the participating hotel list. The service remains available to guests flying American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, or United Airlines on eligible domestic flights through Orlando International Airport.

Caribbean Beach Resort joins six participating hotels

Guests can send checked bags to Disney's All-Star Movies Resort, All-Star Music Resort, All-Star Sports Resort, Art of Animation Resort, Caribbean Beach Resort, or Pop Century Resort.

Arrival and departure rules for the bag service

Arriving guests can send checked bags to a participating Disney Resorts Collection hotel, then request them through Luggage Assistance after reaching the resort. Bag delivery can take up to four hours after flight arrival.

Departing guests can drop checked bags at Luggage Assistance from 24 hours to four hours before flight departure. A government-issued photo ID is required at drop-off, and airline baggage fees still run through the airline.

Participating airlines and current limits

Arrival registration runs from 30 days to 24 hours before departure through BagCheck. Guests need a Disney Resort confirmation number and an airline confirmation number. International flights are not eligible, and medication, electronics, perishables, passports, and important trip documents should stay in carry-on bags.

Guests using the service still need their own ride between Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World. Additional airlines could be added later.
