Jessie's Roundup: A Rip-Roarin' Revue soft opened May 24 at The Diamond Horseshoe in Magic Kingdom, two days before its planned May 26 start for Walt Disney World's Cool KIDS' SUMMER.
Theme Park Scope and BlogMickey both reported the early opening from the park Sunday afternoon. The show brings Jessie, Woody, Bullseye, songs, dancing, games, and Toy Story activities into the indoor Liberty Square venue for the summer.
Jessie's Roundup is part of Cool KIDS' SUMMER, which runs through Sept. 8 across Walt Disney World. The planned start was May 26, so the early opening gives families a head start on one of the Magic Kingdom pieces before Bluey's Wild World, Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live, GoofyCore, and the Disney Springs DJ dance party begin Tuesday.
The useful part for a summer park day is the setting. The Diamond Horseshoe is indoors, close to Frontierland traffic, and easy to pair with Adventureland, Liberty Square, or a parade-route break.
