The dessert pairs apple and walnut with colorful cream, star sprinkles, a Yoshi image, and an egg-shaped decoration. It is tied to The Super Mario Galaxy Movie.

Mario Cafe & Store sits near the entrance side of Universal Studios Japan, outside Super Nintendo World. The location has become the easy stop for Mario-themed drinks, sweets, and character goods without a timed-area entry step.
