Happy Ice will open a new cart at Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort this month.
The Los Angeles dessert brand is bringing Philadelphia-style Italian ice to the shopping and dining district with its first fully all-natural menu. The menu uses real fruit, pure cane sugar, and no high fructose corn syrup or artificial dyes.

The new cart will serve fruit-forward Italian ice and JOY-LATI, a layered dessert with Italian ice, house-made vanilla sweet cream, sauces, fresh fruit, pie crumbles, and cookies.
Planned specialty flavors include Berry Bonanza and Cloud 9. Happy Ice also plans rotating monthly exclusives at the Downtown Disney location.
Happy Ice founder and CEO Lemeir Mitchell started the brand in 2017 as a food truck in Los Angeles. The company now operates storefronts, trucks, and catering events across Southern California.
Downtown Disney Dining Addition
Happy Ice has appeared at Downtown Disney before as a temporary truck. This month's opening gives the brand a dedicated cart at the resort during Disneyland's 70th anniversary summer.
An exact opening date, daily hours, and menu prices have not been announced.
