Walt Disney Imagineering shared a new video showing how Scooter was motion captured for Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

In the June 10 video, Imagineers and The Muppets Studio show David Rudman performing with a physical Scooter puppet, then carrying that performance into the Audio-Animatronics figure in the coaster preshow.

Walt Disney Imagineering's official video shows the motion-capture process behind Scooter.

Scooter appears in the G-Force Records preshow as The Electric Mayhem tries to make its concert. The figure is one of the biggest practical changes in the Muppets version of the indoor launched coaster, which opened May 26.

The footage shows the puppetry behind the figure before the finished preshow scene. Scooter's movements start with a Muppet performer, then move into the mechanical character guests see before boarding.
