Walt Disney Imagineering marked Shanghai Disney Resort's 10th anniversary week with a new Instagram carousel of early concept art for the park, attractions, and hotel.
The resort turns 10 on June 16, 2026. The carousel opens with Enchanted Storybook Castle at Shanghai Disneyland, then moves through the park entrance and Mickey Clock Tower, Voyage to the Crystal Grotto, Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure, Eye of the Storm: Captain Jack's Stunt Spectacular, TRON Lightcycle Power Run, and Shanghai Disneyland Hotel.

The art is mostly a look back at the original resort build rather than a new expansion announcement. That still makes the timing useful: Shanghai Disney Resort is in the middle of its "With You, It's Magic+" anniversary year, and the actual birthday lands Tuesday, June 16.
Shanghai Disney Resort's anniversary program has The Heart of Magic castle show, Duffy and Friends pre-parade additions, Zootopia entertainment, food, merchandise, hotel packages, and collectible ticket sets.
