Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes events begin June 19 at select Disney Parks and Stores locations, with early product access, promo-card gifts, artist signings, demos, and organized play tied to the Marvel card set.
The Disney locations include Disney's Wonderful World of Memories at Disney Springs, Avengers Reserve at Downtown Disney District, Disney Store Times Square in New York City, and Disney Store Grafton Street in Dublin.
Guests can buy Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes products ahead of the June 26 global tabletop release while supplies last. The lineup includes Play Boosters, Collector Boosters, Commander decks, Collector's Edition Commander decks, Gift Bundles, Scene Boxes, Jumpstart Boosters, and the Beginner Box.
Disney Store and Resort-Area Event Details
Disney Springs opens the Walt Disney World event at 10 a.m. June 19. Artist Ryan Pancoast appears at Disney's Wonderful World of Memories from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 to 6 p.m.
Avengers Reserve at Downtown Disney opens at 7 a.m. June 19. Artist Victor Adame Minguez appears from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Disney Store Times Square hosts David Palumbo from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 to 6 p.m. Jim Cheung appears from 1 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Disney Store Grafton Street in Dublin is also part of the launch list.
Disneyland Hotel, Tokyo, and D23
The Anaheim organized-play event runs June 19 through June 21 at the Disneyland Hotel South Exhibit Hall. Friday hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Victor Adame Minguez also appears there June 19 from 3 to 6 p.m.
The Tokyo event runs June 20 and 21 at the Sheraton Grand Tokyo Bay Hotel from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tokyo participants who register for play events can receive a Loki, God of Mischief promo card with Eric Deschamps artwork while supplies last.
The Magic x Marvel rollout continues at D23 in Anaheim from Aug. 14 through Aug. 16. D23 attendees can expect Magic play events, product purchases, a themed photo opportunity, and a Shuri, Wakandan Inventor promo card with Kevin Glint artwork while supplies last.
Promo Cards and Access Notes
The Disney Parks and Stores event promo is a Command Tower card with Victor Adame Minguez artwork. Guests receive one promo card per transaction while supplies last with the purchase of Magic: The Gathering | Marvel Super Heroes products. The offer is in-store only and does not apply to ticket, pass, Disney Gift Card, or Merchandise Mobile Checkout Kiosk purchases.
The Disney resort-area experiences are outside regular park admission. Event details, availability, and participation requirements can vary by location.
