Cinnamon, a new Ankole calf at Disney's Animal Kingdom, has joined Kilimanjaro Safaris at Walt Disney World.

Disney Parks introduced Cinnamon in a June 23 X post with three photos from the savanna. The calf appears beside adult Ankole cattle in the official images.

Ankole cattle are one of the species guests may see at Kilimanjaro Safaris, Wild Africa Trek, Savor the Savanna, and Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. The breed is known for massive horns, which can span up to 6 feet from tip to tip when mature.

Animal sightings vary by ride, weather, and time of day, so Cinnamon will not be a guaranteed stop on every safari. Still, a young Ankole calf is exactly the kind of savanna detail worth watching for from the ride truck.

The arrival follows another recent baby-animal update on the same attraction. Ivy, a baby giraffe, made her Kilimanjaro Safaris savanna debut earlier this month.
