California's Great America Star-Spangled Nights Runs July 3-4 With Fireworks and BBQ

The Santa Clara park has 9:40 p.m. fireworks both nights and a July 4 Backyard Cookout add-on with Pavilion fireworks viewing.

Star-Spangled Nights presented by M&M'S runs July 3 and 4 at California's Great America, with fireworks scheduled for 9:40 p.m. at the Santa Clara park.

The July 4 lineup also includes an all-you-can-eat Backyard Cookout add-on in the Pavilion. The cookout costs $65.99 for adults and $39.99 for children ages 3 to 11 before tax, and park admission is separate.

The cookout menu includes sirloin steak, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, a build-your-own nacho station, chicken wings, BBQ chicken, pulled pork sliders, shrimp cocktail, sides, desserts, and beverages.

Star-Spangled Nights Ride Notes

Gold Striker, Pacific Gliders, and NorCal Wipeout at South Bay Shores are part of the park's holiday lineup before the nighttime show. Select rides may close early while crews prepare for fireworks, and entertainment is weather permitting.
