Disney Cruise Line's reservation system goes offline at 4 a.m. EDT Thursday, July 9, for planned maintenance that runs through 4 a.m. EDT Friday, July 10.

Guests will not be able to make or access reservations online or through the Disney Cruise Line Contact Center during the outage.

Online Check-In and Port Adventures Pause

Online check-in, Cruise Activity bookings, and Port Adventure bookings will also be unavailable while the maintenance work is underway.

Guests with deposits or final payments due during the outage have until 10 p.m. EDT Saturday, July 11, to make those payments.

Who Should Check Before Thursday

The maintenance window matters most for guests trying to book a cruise, pull up an existing reservation, finish online check-in, reserve shipboard activities, reserve Port Adventures, or make a payment around July 9 and 10.

Disney Cruise Line placed the notice with its summer 2027 itinerary materials, but the outage applies to reservation-system access rather than only those sailings.
