TIME named Dollywood Parks & Resorts to its first America's Best Private Companies list Wednesday, placing the Pigeon Forge company at No. 49 overall and No. 4 in Hospitality, Travel and Leisure.
The 500-company ranking lists Dollywood as the only theme-park company included.
TIME built the list with Statista, using employee-satisfaction surveys and company-impact data across society, knowledge, health, and the environment.
Dollywood Adds Another 2026 Recognition
The TIME placement follows another industry honor for the park. In May, the National Amusement Park Historical Association named Dollywood its favorite theme park for 2026, the park's fourth straight win in that survey.
Dollywood also landed on Newsweek workplace lists earlier this year, according to the park's July 8 release.
Employee Benefits Include Free Tuition
Employee benefits include 100% free tuition through Herschend's GROW U. program, the Dollywood Family Healthcare Center, complimentary admission for family and friends, free lunch during shifts, and Park Perks discounts for other regional attractions.
