An Osceola County judge sentenced Kevin Dale Westerhold to one year of supervised probation July 13 in an indecent exposure case tied to a reported incident at Windsor Hills Resort near Walt Disney World.

Westerhold entered a no-contest plea in Osceola County case 2026 MM 000390. Judge Juna Pulayya adjudicated him guilty of a first-degree misdemeanor. His probation includes a psychosexual evaluation, and the court docket records $271 in paid assessments.

The Osceola County Sheriff's Office said residents reported a man using a vacuum cleaner for sexual activity outdoors at the Kissimmee vacation community Jan. 22. Investigators arrested Westerhold near Oviedo five days later.

The incident happened at Windsor Hills Resort, about two miles south of Walt Disney World. It did not happen on Disney property.

WFTV first reported the January arrest from the sheriff's account. The court closed the misdemeanor case after sentencing Monday.
