A 54-year-old Walt Disney World guest died after a cardiac emergency aboard "it's a small world" at Magic Kingdom on April 24, according to Florida's latest quarterly theme park incident report.

The state record says the guest had a pre-existing condition and was taken to a hospital, where he later died. It does not identify the guest or say the attraction caused the medical emergency.

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services updated the report July 15. The department cautions that the report contains only the information supplied at the time. Privacy rules keep the state from receiving later medical updates.

The same quarterly update lists four other Walt Disney World incidents and four at Universal Orlando between April and June. None of those entries records another death.
