Orlando firefighters rescued about 70 guests from a stalled attraction at Universal Studios Florida after the ride stopped in an elevated position Saturday afternoon.
The Orlando Fire Department confirmed the response in a statement shared with FOX 35. Riders remained upright inside an air-conditioned section of the building. No injuries or medical complaints were reported.
Fire crews worked with Universal ride technicians and engineers to remove guests from the ride platform. The department had not identified the attraction by Saturday evening.

Update: Firefighters placed each guest in a safety harness and helped them down ladders. The rescue was complete within 30 minutes, and no one needed medical transport.
