Tokyo Disney Resort has released about 120 new Imagining the Magic photographs made for Tokyo DisneySea's 25th anniversary. The collection will move from galleries to park merchandise, hotel rooms and Disney Resort Line passes beginning this fall.
Photographer Masashi Asada shot character portraits, playful trick photos and underwater-style images around the park. The collection also includes offstage photos of Disney characters wearing their costumes from the anniversary show Dance the Globe!

Free exhibitions begin in October
The first free exhibition runs Oct. 9-28 at Fujifilm Photo Salon Osaka. A second runs Nov. 27-Dec. 17 at Fujifilm's planned Tokyo Midtown headquarters venue. Both are open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day and include large-format prints, advance looks at merchandise and a recreated trick-photo set.
Merchandise arrives in three waves. An Aquasphere pouch with a shopping bag and phone accessories lead the Oct. 15 release. Camera straps, cloths and six mystery tote-bag designs follow Dec. 3, then a Dance the Globe! collection arrives Jan. 12, 2027. Prices have not been announced.
Tokyo Disney Celebration Hotel: Wish will offer three room designs from Oct. 1 through March 31, 2027. Asada's photos cover the walls, with two rooms devoted to the 25th anniversary costumes and one featuring the Dance the Globe! images. Guests also receive changing postcard designs.
Disney Resort Line passes featuring the collection go on sale Oct. 15. The first design remains available through Dec. 2, followed by a second from Dec. 3 through Jan. 11, 2027.
