D23 2026 shopping virtual queues open at 6 a.m. and 1 p.m. Pacific on August 14, 15, and 16. You can hold one shopping queue at a time, and each group has a two-person limit. Start with the store carrying the one item or collection you would be most disappointed to miss.
The event has ten virtual queue shopping locations, two easy standby choices, and several show-floor vendors. Friday is the only day The Walt Disney Company Store uses a virtual queue. Ravensburger is stricter: it requires a virtual queue all weekend and will not open a standby shopping line.
Plan your D23 shopping
Set an alarm before you reach the convention center
You can request a shopping boarding group in the Disney D23 app or Disneyland app at 6 a.m. and 1 p.m. Pacific. Your phone must be within 90 miles of the Anaheim Convention Center. Valid D23 event admission is required.
A boarding group does not send you straight to a register. You may wait for your group to be called, then wait again at the store. Capacity is limited and queues can fill. Most participating stores may open standby only after all boarding groups have been redeemed.
Keep the group small. D23 limits each shopping party to two people and one active retail queue. If your group wants different exclusives, decide whether to split up before the 6 a.m. drop.

D23 Marketplace Photobooths and Medallions uses a standby queue. Other show-floor brands include Loungefly, Spirit Jersey, Citizen, Crocs, Pandora, Her Universe, BoxLunch, Topps, Little Words Project, and more. Disney has not assigned those vendor booths to the main shopping virtual queue list.
Pick one priority for the 6 a.m. drop
Pin collectors should start with the pin store tied to their must-have release. The Marketplace, Walt Disney Company, Mickey's of Glendale, and Studio Store pin assortments change across the three event days.
Choose Ravensburger first if the 2026 D23 Collection or Winnie the Pooh Hunny Wizard Premium Foil Playmat is the reason you are shopping. There is no standby option. General Disney shoppers have more flexibility because several other stores may open standby later.
Friday visitors who want official event merchandise should consider The Walt Disney Company Store at 6 a.m. On Saturday and Sunday, that store switches to standby. Mickey's of Glendale is the better first pick for Imagineering collections, including Duffy & Friends, the Muppets Studio Signature Collection, and the new Disney .YNSD line.

D23 Marketplace covers the broadest mix
D23 Marketplace is the central option for shoppers who want several franchises in one stop. The announced inventory includes a Princess Diaries 25th Anniversary Collection, Marvel and Star Wars items, global Disney Parks collections, and returning Disney Fine Art.
The separate D23 Marketplace Pin Store releases new limited-edition and limited-release pins on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Marketplace shopping uses merchandise mobile checkout. The pin store uses mobile order.
The Walt Disney Company Store has the official event lines
The Walt Disney Company Store carries the official D23 2026 collection, with products from RSVLTS, Spirit Jersey, Nike, and Loungefly. A Walt Disney Archives collection draws from Walt Disney's Suite 3H office in Burbank.
Other collections cover Disney Epic Rivals, the Walt Disney Studios opening castle, and HARVEYS bags made with decommissioned Soarin' Over California seatbelts. Honda Center ticket holders also get access to venue-exclusive apparel, Loungefly mouse ears, and special-release pins.
The Company Store uses a virtual queue on Friday and standby on Saturday and Sunday. Its separate pin store keeps the virtual queue all weekend.
Mickey's of Glendale has three distinct stops
Mickey's of Glendale is the main Imagineering store. Its announced collections include Imagineer apparel and accessories, Duffy & Friends items, and Muppets Studio Signature merchandise. The separate pin store releases new limited and exclusive pins each day.
Disney .YNSD debuts as its own shopping location. The new Walt Disney Imagineering lifestyle brand focuses on apparel and accessories with a streetwear look. Disney .YNSD uses virtual queue and mobile order, so do not assume a Mickey's of Glendale boarding group also covers it.

The standby stores can save part of your day
Disney Store uses a standby line and QR ordering. Products ship to your home through DisneyStore.com, so you do not carry the order around the show floor. The booth also has a life-size claw-machine photo spot and limited Disney Artist sessions. Artist registration in the Disney D23 app closes July 24 at noon Pacific.
Disney Studio Store Hollywood focuses on the El Capitan Theatre's centennial and daily limited pins. Disney Publishing Books & Brew has books, graphic novels, autobiographies, guidebooks, tarot decks, book nook kits, author signings, and a Disneyland coffee blend from Joffrey's.
The Disney Experiences Auction showroom is open for previews, while the auction happens Sunday, August 16. Its retail area sells limited props, artwork, and themed pieces from Disney parks, resorts, and ships. Sales at this location are final.
Mobile order and mobile checkout work differently
Mobile order starts after your store boarding group is called. At the entrance, eligible guests place and pay for an order in the Disneyland app. Disney assembles the items and sends a pickup notification.
Merchandise mobile checkout happens while you are inside the store. You scan each item's barcode, pay in the Disneyland app, then show the final QR code to a Cast Member at the designated exit. Traditional checkout remains available at stores offering mobile checkout.
All of the main Disney-operated shopping locations are cashless. Bring a card or contactless payment method, confirm the email connected to your Disneyland app, and sign into both apps before the first queue drop.
Some items go online August 17
Select D23 Marketplace and Disney Store products are scheduled to reach DisneyStore.com on August 17 at 8 a.m. Pacific. Availability is limited. Disney has not said that every event item will be included, so a rare pin, Ravensburger release, Imagineering item, or store-exclusive collection should not be treated as an online purchase later.
D23 2026 shopping questions
Can you join the shopping virtual queue from your hotel?
Yes, if the hotel is within 90 miles of the Anaheim Convention Center. Enrollment opens at 6 a.m. and 1 p.m. Pacific through the Disney D23 app and Disneyland app.
Can two people choose different stores?
Each party can hold one retail queue at a time. Two people can split into separate one-person parties, but each person must manage a separate queue and valid admission in the apps.
Will a standby line always open?
No. Standby may open after boarding groups have been redeemed at most virtual queue stores. Capacity and remaining inventory will determine whether that happens. Ravensburger will not offer standby shopping.
Do Afternoon Only ticket holders get shopping access?
Afternoon tickets include Anaheim Convention Center access from 4 to 8 p.m. The 1 p.m. virtual queue drop still requires valid event admission and available capacity. A boarding group is not guaranteed to match the 4 p.m. entry window.
