Book Slinky Dog Dash first at Hollywood Studios, Test Track first at EPCOT, and Big Thunder first at Magic Kingdom. Animal Kingdom gives you more room to choose around your route.

Lightning Lane Multi Pass lets you reserve up to three arrival windows before a Walt Disney World park day. Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios split advance choices into two groups. Animal Kingdom lets you pick any three available experiences.

The first choice matters because the hardest reservation can disappear early. CrowdLevels analyzed practical sustained sellouts from June 23 through July 22, 2026. Slinky Dog Dash averaged 9:04 a.m. across 24 tracked days. Test Track averaged 9:46 a.m. across 25 actionable sellout days. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad averaged noon across 28 days.

The top ranked choices had actionable sellout rates from 3% to 20%.

An actionable sellout means return-time availability stayed gone for at least an hour early enough to affect a normal park day. This measures reservation pressure, not the amount of standby time saved on a specific visit.

Magic Kingdom: start with Big Thunder

Magic Kingdom currently places Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Jungle Cruise, Peter Pan's Flight, Space Mountain, and Tiana's Bayou Adventure in the first group. Choose one of them in advance.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad had the earliest average actionable sellout in the latest CrowdLevels window at noon. Tiana averaged 2:08 p.m., and Jungle Cruise averaged 3:47 p.m. Big Thunder is the safest first pick when it is a priority. Choose Tiana first when your group cares more about the newer ride or needs a specific time of day.

The second group includes Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Tomorrowland Speedway, “it's a small world,” Under the Sea, Dumbo, The Barnstormer, Mad Tea Party, The Magic Carpets of Aladdin, Mickey's PhilharMagic, and Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor. Start with useful times that fit your first-group selection instead of filling the cart with three distant corners of the park.

EPCOT: Test Track has the first claim

EPCOT puts Test Track, Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, and Frozen Ever After in its first group. Test Track averaged a 9:46 a.m. actionable sellout across 25 of 28 days with data. Remy averaged 11:05 a.m., and Frozen averaged 11:10 a.m. across 28 actionable sellout days.

Book Test Track first when all three rides matter. Book Remy first when the day begins near International Gateway or when a France arrival window fits the World Showcase plan. The second group includes Soarin' Across America, Spaceship Earth, Living with the Land, Mission: SPACE, The Seas with Nemo & Friends, Journey Into Imagination With Figment, Turtle Talk With Crush, and Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind uses Lightning Lane Single Pass, not Multi Pass. You can buy Multi Pass and up to two Single Passes in the same transaction, subject to availability.

Hollywood Studios: Slinky goes first

Disney's Hollywood Studios has the clearest first-pick decision. Slinky Dog Dash reached an actionable sellout on all 24 completed days with data and averaged 9:04 a.m.

The first group also includes Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets. Rock 'n' Roller Coaster averaged 12:53 p.m. across 28 actionable sellout days. Slinky remains the first reservation for most groups.

The second group includes Toy Story Mania, Tower of Terror, Star Tours, Alien Swirling Saucers, Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular, Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage, Frozen Sing-Along Celebration, The Little Mermaid: A Musical Adventure, and Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live. Rise of the Resistance uses Single Pass.

Animal Kingdom: build around the route

Disney's Animal Kingdom does not split Multi Pass experiences into groups. Choose any three available selections from Expedition Everest, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Na'vi River Journey, Kali River Rapids, Zootopia: Better Zoogether, Festival of the Lion King, Finding Nemo: The Big Blue... and Beyond!, and Feathered Friends in Flight.

The top ranked choices showed far less actionable sellout pressure than the leaders at the other parks. Expedition Everest had a 17% actionable sellout rate, Kali River Rapids had 20%, and Zootopia had 3% during the 30-day window. Pick times that follow a sensible route. A morning safari, midday show, and afternoon Everest window can work better than chasing the nominal ranking.

Avatar Flight of Passage uses Single Pass. Compare its exact app price with standby before adding it.

Park Hopper opens another park after the first redemption

Buy Multi Pass for the park where the day begins and make the initial three selections there. After redeeming one selection, a guest with Park Hopper admission or an Annual Pass can choose another available Multi Pass experience at a different Walt Disney World park.

The second park's inventory may already be thin. Do not build a park-hopping plan around a late Slinky, Test Track, or Big Thunder reservation appearing after the first tap-in. Use the feature for available additions, not as a guarantee.

A travel party can split selections after purchase

The initial purchase asks the group to choose the same three experiences. After payment, the buyer can modify rides or arrival windows for individual party members, subject to availability. This helps when some guests skip a height-restricted ride or prefer a show.

Make sure everyone is connected through Family & Friends and has eligible admission before the purchase window. A missing guest or ticket can turn a fast booking session into account repair while return times move.

Lightning Lane Multi Pass questions

What should I book first?

Choose Slinky Dog Dash at Hollywood Studios, Test Track at EPCOT, and Big Thunder at Magic Kingdom when those rides matter. Animal Kingdom has more flexibility, so follow the park route.

Can Multi Pass be used in more than one park?

Yes. After redeeming the first selection, guests with Park Hopper admission or an Annual Pass can choose another available Multi Pass experience in a different park.

Can I change my park, date, ride, or arrival window?

Disney allows changes in the app, subject to availability. The park or date can be changed before the first redemption. An experience or arrival window can be changed before its arrival window begins.

Can party members choose different rides?

Yes. The purchase begins with shared selections, then individual guests can be moved to different available experiences or times.

Does Multi Pass include every Lightning Lane ride?

No. The most in-demand Single Pass attractions remain separate. Premier Pass is a different product that includes available Multi Pass and Single Pass entrances in one park without arrival windows.
