EPCOT gives eligible Disney Resort and select hotel guests a 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry period. The park has two entrances. Buses, cars, rideshare vehicles, and the monorail use the front entrance. The Skyliner, boats, and walking paths from the EPCOT-area hotels lead to International Gateway in World Showcase.
Use the entrance you already have. The front entrance is best for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind or Test Track. International Gateway is best for Remy's Ratatouille Adventure or Frozen Ever After. Crossing the park before your first ride uses much of the 30-minute head start.
Choose one of these four starts

- Frozen family routeRide Frozen first when Norway is a higher priority than France. It averaged 27.0 minutes in the 8 a.m. hour.
CrowdLevels pulled 90 days of operating wait samples through July 17, 2026. The 8 a.m. figures cover observed operating samples in that local hour. They help compare opening behavior, but they do not predict the exact wait on your visit.
Eight EPCOT rides open for Early Entry
The current EPCOT Early Entry list includes Frozen Ever After, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, Mission: SPACE, Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, Soarin', Spaceship Earth, Test Track, and The Seas with Nemo & Friends. Attraction availability can change on the day of your visit.
Check the app before you leave the hotel. A delayed first ride changes the route because the park is wide. Use the nearest operating backup instead of waiting outside a closed attraction.
Guardians saves the largest wait from the front entrance
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind averaged 57.6 minutes in the 8 a.m. hour, 77.8 minutes at 9 a.m., and 73.1 minutes at 10 a.m. Its full 90-day average was 77.1 minutes. That is the largest wait in this guide.
Choose Guardians when the coaster is a priority and your group can ride it first thing. The 42-inch height requirement and rotating vehicles make it a poor fit for some families and motion-sensitive riders. Lightning Lane Single Pass lets you save the ride for a scheduled time.
Test Track averaged 36.7 minutes in the 8 a.m. hour and 67.3 minutes at 9 a.m. Its full 90-day average reached 72.1 minutes. The ride also had an 84.1 reliability score, the lowest of the eight rides reviewed for this update.
Test Track led EPCOT downtime from July 12 through July 18 with 21 hours and 26 minutes across seven days. If it is delayed, go to Soarin'. If it is operating and the queue is moving, ride it before the regular park opening.
International Gateway puts Remy next to the entrance
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure averaged 42.1 minutes in the 8 a.m. hour, 39.1 minutes at 9 a.m., and 42.8 minutes at 10 a.m. Its full 90-day average was 47.5 minutes.
Start with Remy when you arrive by Skyliner, boat, or the walking path from an EPCOT-area hotel. France is beside International Gateway. The route avoids a long first walk and leaves Frozen as the next nearby headliner.
Frozen Ever After averaged 27.0 minutes in the 8 a.m. hour, 42.3 minutes at 9 a.m., and 46.5 minutes at 10 a.m. Its full 90-day average was 50.9 minutes. Start in Norway when Frozen is the family priority.
Remy and Frozen can both fit into the first hour when the second posted wait stays below about 35 minutes. If it is already higher, use Lightning Lane for the second ride and continue with the rest of the park.
Soarin' is a strong second ride
Soarin' Across America averaged 6.5 minutes in the 8 a.m. hour and 14.5 minutes at 9 a.m. The wait rose to 32.2 minutes at 10 a.m. Ride it after Guardians or Test Track, before the regular park crowd fills The Land.
Spaceship Earth averaged 4.6 minutes at 8 a.m. and 8.1 minutes at 9 a.m. Walk past it at arrival unless it is your group's main request. The wait reached 22.7 minutes at 10 a.m., but its full 90-day average was only 13.6 minutes.
Mission: SPACE averaged 12.9 minutes at 8 a.m. and 14.7 minutes at 9 a.m. The Seas with Nemo & Friends averaged 4.8 minutes at 8 a.m. and 5.2 minutes at 9 a.m. Both can wait until after a higher-priority ride.
Book Test Track first with Multi Pass
EPCOT Lightning Lane Multi Pass puts Test Track, Remy, and Frozen in the first-choice group. You can choose one of those three before your visit. Guardians uses Lightning Lane Single Pass.
Test Track usually lost useful Multi Pass return times first. It reached a sustained sellout at 9:26 a.m. on average across 27 of 28 completed days with data from June 18 through July 17. That means useful return times were unavailable for at least an hour. Remy averaged 10:57 a.m., and Frozen averaged 11:05 a.m. across all 30 days.
Book Test Track when you plan to enter through International Gateway. Start at Remy or Frozen, then ride Test Track during the return window. From the front entrance, book Remy or Frozen and use Early Entry for Guardians or Test Track.
Four EPCOT morning plans
Front entrance without Lightning Lane: ride Guardians first. Check Test Track as you exit. Ride it when it is operating with a manageable line, or go to Soarin' when it is delayed.
Front entrance with Guardians Single Pass: ride Test Track first, then Soarin'. Save Guardians for the scheduled return window.
International Gateway: ride Remy first. Add Frozen when its posted wait remains below about 35 minutes. Otherwise use Lightning Lane for Frozen and continue through World Showcase.
Frozen family route: ride Frozen first, then check Remy. Move to Soarin' when Remy already has a long posted wait.

What is the best ride for EPCOT Early Entry?
Guardians is the best first ride for thrill groups using the front entrance. Remy is the best first ride from International Gateway. Test Track is the front-entrance alternative when Guardians is booked through Single Pass or your group wants to skip it.
Should EPCOT Early Entry start with Remy or Frozen?
