The 2026 Topps Mint Marvel preorder opens Tuesday, July 28 at 1 p.m. ET through EQL. Topps has not listed a price on the product page.
The release has a 125-card base set printed on thick foil stock. Bronze cards appear four per pack, Silver three per pack and Gold two per pack. The Platinum tier covers prominent Marvel characters on cards numbered to 99 or fewer.
A convention-exclusive box will debut at San Diego Comic-Con with three original-art cards by Ian McDonald. The exclusives feature Spider-Man, Hulk and Punisher.
Cerebro, Symbiotes and the Rarest Cards
Cerebro is a 55-card Chrome set inspired by 1990s comic art. Each card is encased and numbered to 99 or fewer. In Marvel Comics, Cerebro is the technology Professor X and the X-Men use to locate mutants. The card checklist reaches beyond the X-Men, with characters including Hulk, Doctor Doom, Moon Knight, Thanos and Daredevil.
Symbiote Takeover has 30 cards built around characters bonded with Marvel's alien symbiotes. Venom is the best-known example, but the checklist also includes Carnage, Agent Venom, Spider-Man, Black Cat, Loki and Jeff the Venomized Land Shark. The cards use comic-book concepts and do not indicate plans for a movie or television adaptation.
Other chases include Chrome autographs from comic creators and Marvel Cinematic Universe actors, a Stan Lee cut signature and Spider-Man Comic Cut relics. Topps lists the cut signature and Comic Cut cards as one-of-one pieces.
EQL permits one entry per person and runs entries through a multi-step verification process. The system removes duplicate entries tied to the same identifying information.
