Kumamoto Earthquake
The earthquake struck the Kumamoto region at 4:27 p.m. Japan time on July 28. Japan’s government reported a maximum seismic intensity of 7 in Hikawa, Kumamoto Prefecture, along with strong shaking across Kyushu.
Guests seeking a refund should use the instructions linked from Universal Studios Japan’s official notice. Ticket eligibility and request timing may depend on the purchase method.
