Disney Cruise Line now has three ship launches scheduled for calendar 2029, according to an updated Walt Disney Company fleet timeline reported by BlogMickey.
The schedule places the unnamed Ship 11 in 2029. Oriental Land Company’s Wish-class ship for Japan is also listed for 2029, while Ship 12 carries a late-2029 target.
The fleet plan now reaches late 2030
Ship 13 is scheduled for late 2030. Disney had previously described its five-ship expansion as running through 2031, so the new timeline pulls the final vessel into the prior calendar year.
Disney Believe remains the next ship in the sequence. The fourth Wish-class vessel is scheduled to debut in late 2027. Disney has not announced public names, homeports or itineraries for Ships 11, 12 and 13.
Where the Japan ship fits
Oriental Land Company plans to base its Wish-class ship in Japan and operate short cruises from Tokyo International Cruise Terminal. The company plans to begin service in fiscal 2028, which runs into early calendar 2029, followed by year-round operation in fiscal 2029.
The three 2029 launches would give Disney Cruise Line a compressed delivery schedule after Disney Believe. Firm sailing dates and booking windows have not been released.
