Brad Gilmour has been named president of SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica Orlando and Discovery Cove, effective immediately, according to original reporting by WFTV.
Gilmour succeeds Jon “JP” Peterson as president of SeaWorld Orlando. He has led Aquatica Orlando and Discovery Cove since 2023.
A 23-year career across the Orlando parks
Gilmour began his career at Discovery Cove in 2003. His previous positions included leadership roles at each of the three Orlando properties he now oversees.
He also serves on the boards of Special Olympics Florida and Visit Orlando. Gilmour graduated from the University of Central Florida.
