Six Flags Great America will open Camp Timber Trail in 2027, delivering the full project behind its TreeTopAdventure27 teaser: a nine-attraction family area in Yukon Territory.
The project combines three new attractions, four rethemed rides and two existing park classics. Sky Hawk will anchor the area as a suspended family coaster with green track winding through timber-style supports.
Sky Hawk Leads Three New Attractions
Sky Hawk is billed as the Midwest's longest, tallest and fastest suspended family coaster.
Trail Trotters will be an animal-themed ride through a woodland scene. Forest Grove Play Park will add an outdoor play space with climbing areas, a shallow blue play trail and a large water-wheel structure.
Four Rides Get New Names
Sprocket Rockets will become Chirp Chaser, Crazy Bus will become Wilderness Wagon, Yahoo River will become Creek Cruiser, and Buzzy Beez will return as Bee Boppin'. The changes include new names, stories and theming.
Little Dipper and Logger's Run will remain in the area under their current names. Camp Timber Trail will also include themed dining, treats, shopping and new environmental details.
Camp Timber Trail is scheduled to open in 2027.
