Round barstools are now in place at the main bar inside The Beak and Barrel at Magic Kingdom. Firsthand photos published Saturday show the new seating lined along the bar.
The Map Room remains standing-only. The lounge's 45-minute visit limit also remains in effect.
New bar seating at The Beak and Barrel
The main bar previously had open floor space in front of it. Disney had added stools near one window several months ago, but the seats along the bar are a newer change.
The extra stools do not turn every reservation into a seated visit. Guests assigned to the Map Room should still expect to stand, and reservations do not guarantee a particular room or table.

The pirate tavern opened in August 2025 with advance reservations and a menu of cocktails, mocktails and small plates. The walk-up list was paused in July after a brief appearance in My Disney Experience.
