Star Wars: Ahsoka Season 2 will premiere on Disney+ on January 20, 2027. The exact date appears on a Season 2 poster displayed at D23.

Lucasfilm had previously announced only an early-2027 window. The new date places the premiere more than three years after the first season ended in October 2023.
Ahsoka, Sabine and Thrawn Return in Season 2
Rosario Dawson returns as Ahsoka Tano, with Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren, Lars Mikkelsen as Grand Admiral Thrawn, Eman Esfandi as Ezra Bridger, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Hera Syndulla and Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker.
Ivanna Sakhno will return as Shin Hati. Rory McCann takes over the role of Baylan Skoll following Ray Stevenson's death in 2023.
Season 2 Continues the Search Beyond the Galaxy
The first season ended with Ahsoka and Sabine stranded on Peridea while Thrawn and Ezra returned to the main galaxy. Lucasfilm's early Season 2 footage shown to media in May included space battles and lightsaber combat across the returning cast.
The series was created by Dave Filoni. Season 2 will stream exclusively on Disney+.
