Marvel Studios released a new Avengers: Doomsday special look late Friday, placing Doctor Doom at the center of the campaign. The movie opens in theaters December 18.
The post carries the line “He used to be different” and directs moviegoers to current ticket sales. Its official frame shows Doom in full armor beneath the Avengers: Doomsday title.

Doctor Doom Brings the Fantastic Four's Oldest Rival to the Avengers
In Marvel Comics, Victor von Doom is the armored ruler of Latveria and the Fantastic Four's most persistent enemy. Doomsday brings him into a conflict involving the Avengers, Fantastic Four and X-Men, though Marvel Studios has not said the movie will follow one comic storyline exactly.
The new footage follows Marvel's July theatrical trailer and subsequent ticket releases. December 18 remains the worldwide theatrical date.
