Disney Store sent a Star Wars mouse droid rolling across the D23 show floor Sunday, August 16. The 10-second video tracks the little Imperial machine as it cruises past merchandise displays inside the Anaheim Convention Center.

The droid turns toward the camera before rolling in for a close-up. Its squat body, treaded wheels and nervous little movements look ready for another run-in with Chewbacca.

The Mouse Droid's Job in the Star Wars Galaxy
Mouse droids handle small repairs, deliver messages and guide visitors aboard starships and inside military or corporate facilities. The familiar MSE-6 design first appeared in Star Wars: A New Hope, where Chewbacca's growl sent one squealing down a Death Star corridor.
D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event ran August 14 through 16 at the Anaheim Convention Center.
