The clock on the Glob Theater tower is running at the Monstropolis construction site in Disney's Hollywood Studios.
WDW News Today documented the change Sunday evening as scaffolding came down from the tower's upper section. The white clock face still has Roman numerals and its dotted border.
New Brickwork Is Visible Around the Glob Theater Tower
The exposed section now has a lighter beige cornice with a weathered-stone finish. Brickwork continues across the facade where Gonzo's overhead hoist once stood, with a changed pattern near the tower's upper corners.
Scaffolding remains on other parts of the building while crews continue the conversion of the former Muppet*Vision 3D area.
The Glob Theater Will Host Sulley and Mike in 2027
Disney plans to stage “Welcome to Monstropolis! With Sulley & Mike” inside the Glob Theater. Most of the land is scheduled to open in 2027 while work continues on the door vault coaster.
