Universal Orlando's 2026 fall schedule has a darker turn. Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle returns to Hogsmeade at Islands of Adventure for select nights from Sept. 5 through Nov. 1, while Death Eaters appear in Diagon Alley and Knockturn Alley at Universal Studios Florida from Aug. 27 through Sept. 1.

Dark Arts Returns to Hogsmeade on Sept. 5
The nighttime projection show will return to Hogwarts Castle on select nights through Nov. 1. The 2026 run is the first return to Hogsmeade since 2022.
As darkness falls, projections of Dementors, Death Eaters and other creatures cover the castle while Lord Voldemort joins the spectacle. The show is paired with a score built from the Harry Potter films and is included with regular Islands of Adventure admission.
Death Eaters Appear in Diagon Alley and Knockturn Alley
Universal Studios Florida will host the roaming Death Eaters on select nights from Aug. 27 through Sept. 1. The appearances add a separate Dark Arts encounter to the streets around Diagon Alley and Knockturn Alley.
Voldemort Wand Joins the Dark Arts Merchandise
Dark Arts-inspired merchandise will include a new second-generation interactive Voldemort wand alongside the returning fall entertainment.
