The Dog Stars held its London world premiere at the Odeon Luxe Leicester Square Cinema with Jacob Elordi, Josh Brolin, Margaret Qualley, Benedict Wong, Guy Pearce and director-producer Ridley Scott in attendance.
The premiere comes ahead of the film's August 26 release in UK cinemas, IMAX and premium large formats.
The London Premiere Brought the Cast to Leicester Square
Ridley Scott attended with producers Michael Pruss and Cliff Roberts, executive producer Peter Heller, costume designer Janty Yates and visual-effects supervisor Charley Henley. Mark L. Smith wrote the screenplay from Peter Heller's novel.
The film follows Hig, a young pilot who lives in an isolated homestead with Bangley, a military survivalist. A mysterious radio transmission sends Hig beyond the small world they have built.
The Dog Stars Opens in the UK on August 26
The UK release is set for August 26 in cinemas, IMAX and premium larger formats. The film stars Elordi, Brolin, Qualley, Allison Janney, Wong and Pearce.
