Universal Studios Hollywood will serve a new lineup of themed food during Halloween Horror Nights 2026, including a Hellfire Club sandwich, Sinners burnt ends, a Clown Café snack and a 22-inch Fortnite hot dog.
A hosted August 22 preview introduced the food lineup. Halloween Horror Nights runs on select nights from September 3 through November 1.
Stranger Things Adds Hellfire Club Sandwich and Surfer Boy Pizza
Stranger Things takes over Studio Café with Surfer Boy Pizza boxes, the Hellfire Club Spicy Italian Sandwich and Steve's Smuggled Peanut Butter Bites. The preview described the sandwich as filling and the peanut-butter dessert as a shareable bite covered with chopped peanuts and chocolate.
Sinners Brings Burnt Ends and Whiskey Bread Pudding
The Sinners menu includes Remmick's Burnt Ends with black garlic whiskey barbecue sauce and Pecan and Whiskey Bread Pudding with whiskey butterscotch and flaky salt. Mulligan's Bar becomes Sinners' Club Juke for the event.
Clown Café Serves Gut Wound and Death by Cheese Stick
Art the Clown's Clown Café brings back Death by Cheese Stick from last year's Orlando event and adds Gut Wound, a monkey-bread-style item with raspberry glaze and melted chocolate chips.
Fortnite's Battle Bus Dog Measures 22 Inches
Fortnite-inspired food includes The Final Peel, a banana dessert with salted toffee sauce and caramel crisp pearls, plus the 22-inch Battle Bus Dog. The hot dog uses sriracha aioli, banana peppers and Hot Cheetos.
HHN Hollywood Food Arrives September 3
Universal Studios Hollywood's Halloween Horror Nights is a separately ticketed event with haunted houses, scare zones, shows and themed food and drinks. The 2026 season runs on select nights from September 3 through November 1.
