Disney+ has renewed Alice and Steve for a second season, bringing the British comedy back to Disney+ in the UK and Ireland and to Disney+ and Hulu in the United States.
Disney+ and Hulu will carry the second season
The renewal covers Disney+ in the UK and Ireland and both Disney+ and Hulu in the United States. Disney+ has not announced a premiere date or production schedule.
All six episodes of season one are streaming exclusively on Disney+.
Nicola Walker and Jemaine Clement remain at the center
The returning comedy is produced by Clerkenwell Films and stars Nicola Walker, Jemaine Clement, Yali Topol Margalith and Joel Fry. Sophie Goodhart created and wrote the series.
Alice, Steve and Izzy's feud drives the first season
Season one begins after Steve starts dating Alice's 26-year-old daughter, Izzy. Alice tries to break up the couple, turning a close friendship into a feud that ends on a cliffhanger.
