Disney Parks has published a new “We Call It Imagineering” episode focused on architecture at projects across Walt Disney World.

Disney dates the featured episode to August 27, 2026. It looks at how scale, materials, street shapes and sightlines help turn a themed setting into a place that feels complete from the guest path.
The episode connects historic Disneyland design decisions with current Walt Disney Imagineering work. It gives viewers a project-by-project look without announcing new opening dates or changes to park operations.
Monstropolis, Tropical Americas and Piston Peak
