Schematics created for Back to the Future Part III hang inside Doc Brown’s workshop in Back to the Future: OUTATIME at Universal’s Great Movie Escape in CityWalk. The designs were left out of the finished film and used with Universal Pictures’ permission.
Universal shared the production details September 3 in a new look inside the operating experience.

OUTATIME begins November 15, 1993, at a museum opening in the Institute of Future Technology, the setting introduced in Back to the Future: The Ride. Guests arrive to see Doc’s Portable Flux Emitter.

At the exit, a time-circuit display changes to the day guests are playing before the final door opens into the lobby.
The venue also houses Jurassic World: Escape.
