The Honeycomb Fizz at California Grill combines Casamigos Blanco Tequila, house-made lemon-honey syrup, peach nectar and Domaine Carneros Brut Rosé.
Bartender Matt created the cocktail for the restaurant’s June menu refresh, according to Disney’s September 4 dining feature. California Grill sits atop Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
The restaurant’s three-course prix fixe menu is $99 per person and includes an appetizer, entrée and dessert. Signature cocktails and wine pairings are available separately.
California Grill will also host a separate D23 lunch with Joe Rohde on October 2.
